  • Establecimientos que se dediquen a la actividad turística, fundamentalmente en el servicio de alojamiento.
  • Ubicados preferiblemente en rutas turísticas,
  • Tener de  cinco (5) hasta 50 habitaciones, con un flujo regular de ocupación,
  • Propietarios que sean nacionales o extranjeros, estos últimos que tengan por lo menos cinco años de residir en el territorio nacional,
  • Contar con los Estándares mínimos de Calidad  ( Ficha Evaluativa)
  •  Llenar solicitud de Ingreso.
  • Supervisión del Comité  de Disciplina y Membresía  
  • Aprobación de la Junta Directiva
